Set Goals; Write Lists

There is a saying, "Aim at nothing, and you'll hit it every time."  Don't set goals for yourself, and you'll flounder.  You'll accomplish little.  Do set goals for yourself, and you'll get more accomplished.  Aim at something.  Even if you don't accomplish everything on your list, still, you will do better with a list than without one.

Write a list for yourself every night delineating what you want to accomplish for the Lord's service the next day.  Just by writing a list, you begin to empower yourself by showing Krsna your intentions.  Krsna is the ability in man, and in woman.  When He sees that we are so serious about engaging fully in His service that we write a list the night before of what we want to accomplish in His service the next day, He will help us. He will empower us.

At night, before you go to bed, write another list for the next day.  Whatever you accomplished, cross it off and say, "Thank You, Lord!"  Whatever you didn't accomplish, put it on tomorrow's list and try again. Sometimes it takes me three or four tries before I finally get around to doing something on Friday or Saturday that I had put on my Monday or Tuesday list.  "Better late than never," they say, and what a feeling of accomplishment when I can finally cross something off that took me several days to do!
